Ramana Rahul Joshi is a licensed architect in India with a strong foundation in both design and project management. He holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture and a Master’s in Construction Project Management and Property & Development from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, where he twice earned the Dean’s List Award of Excellence. At UNSW, he also mentored students in the Built Environment program and won the university’s largest Built Environment competition, further showcasing his academic and professional distinction.

His career spans leading design studios such as Vir.Mueller Architects in New Delhi, Guallart Architects in Spain, and Archohm in Noida, equipping him with a global design perspective. He has led teams and overseen the construction of multiple residences across Delhi NCR and New South Wales, and his trimester with the United Nations’ Sustainability Department at UNSW deepened his commitment to environmentally responsive architecture. With this breadth of experience, Ramana brings creativity, technical expertise, and a global outlook to every project.

Mahima Kharbanda is an architect driven by a passion for innovative design, sustainability, and creating spaces that inspire. A graduate of Sushant School of Art and Architecture, she has a strong foundation in residential, high-rise, and private housing projects, blending aesthetics, functionality, and environmental sensitivity to deliver thoughtful, future-ready solutions. She has contributed to a wide range of projects that redefine modern urban living and support the growth of sustainable communities.

With a deep interest in landscape architecture, Mahima envisions buildings that coexist harmoniously with their surroundings, integrating natural systems to enhance quality of life and ecological balance. Her curiosity, love for travel, and appreciation for local techniques and materials continually enrich her design process.
